ลักษณะงาน

<Job Responsibilities>
 Full cycle recruitment: Sourcing candidates, screening to contract signing)
 Mostly finding candidate in position of recruiter, Digital Marketing, researcher, IT
 Handle and manage Job posting / advertisement
 Summarize employees’ work performance for contract renewal/promotion and follow up
 Dealing hiring document (both of Bangkok office and Tokyo Office)
 In-house training
 Onboarding training
 BOI & Visa & Work Permit
- Select/create new positions for foreigner candidates
- Summarize hiring reason for BOI process
- Prepare candidates’ documents for Visa & Work Permit process (Work certification, Graduation certificate, marriage certificate, etc.) and submit to Admin

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ (ประสบการณ์การทำงาน/คุณสมบัติ)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai or Japanese nationality, Male/Female, 25-35 years
 Bachelor degree
 Fluent in Japanese and English
 Experience in human resource at least 2 years
 Having experience in BOI and VISA & Work permit process
 Problem solving and decision-making skills
 Eagle to learn new things

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Active and willing to learn new things

Languages skills
English: Business level
Japanese: Business level
