職務内容

<Job Responsibilities>
 Use space and mechanical handling equipment efficiently, making sure quality, budgetary targets and environmental objectives are met.
 Have a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to company's policies and vision.
 Coordinate the use of automated and computerized systems where necessary
 Respond to and deal with customer communication by email and telephone
 Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate.
 Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
 Occasionally visit customers by own car own drive to monitor the quality of service they are receiving
 Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment
 Issue Delivery note, Quotation etc.

必要な経験や資格、求める人物像

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, 25-35 years
 Bachelor degree
 At least 2 years experienced as warehouse staff, import-export or any logistics related field
 Good command of Japanese Language (JLPT is not require) (Able to communicate with internal and also Japanese clients)
 Good command of English Language (Internal meeting, email, report)
 Have own car
