ลักษณะงาน

Work outline: Responsible for manage sales team and make team hit target

Duties & Responsibilities:
 Sales forecast and analysis, analyze problems and obstacles that effects monthly sales and including arranging corrective and preventive plan.
 Manage other sales team members to hit sales target and gain revenue
 Develop new clients and get a contract
 Train staff to control and improve work quality
 Report to Japanese MD
 Other tasks assigned by Japanese Manager



About the Benefit
Salary: 40,000 – 70,000 THB negotiable

Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai nationality, male only, age 35-45 years
 Bachelor Degree in Japanese major or any related fields
 Experience in Sales Marketing Manager in 5 -10 year
 English communication conversation level
 Good command of Japanese (At least N2)
 Have car and driving license

Preferable:
 Have N1 JLPT
 Come from Electric part (Air conditional) field


Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: Business level (At least N2)
