ลักษณะงาน

Work outline: Be in charge of Interpreter/Translator, and cost accounting which is new function in the company

Duties & Responsibilities:
 Interpret Japanese to Thai and vice versa in the office, especially support Japanese admin manager
 Support internal meeting and communication between Thai staff and Japanese manager, Japanese visitor from accounting consulting company
 Translate documents (English ⇔ Thai, Japanese ⇔ Thai)
 Create basic Excel documents to manage cost of production and other department
 Review the controls needed for data accumulation and reporting systems
 Collect cost information for products and manage balance of budgets in Excel sheet
 Conduct data analysis of report with Japanese manager
 Manage the budgeting process, monitor and control costs, cash-flows with accounting team
 Other administration task might be assigned

Salary: 20,000 – 25,000THB including all allowances

Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai nationality only, Male/Female , 21-28 years
 Bachelor’s degree in any faculty
 Advanced conversation level of Japanese (N3)
 Fresh graduate is welcomed
 Honest and humble person


Preferable:
 Good at calculating and has good Excel skill


Languages skills
English: Daily Conversational level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational level
