ลักษณะงาน

Work outline: Responsible for managing shop and training shop staff

Duties & Responsibilities:
 Manage everything in the shop to hit sales target and gain revenue
 Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
 Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
 Train staff to control and improve work quality
 Formulate pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales;
 Respond to customer complaints and comments
 Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry
 Coordinate with Japanese MD when some problems happened


About the Benefit
Salary: 30,000THB – 60,000THB negotiable
☒ OT Allowance
☒ Bonus depends on Company’s Profit

Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 24-45 years old
 Bachelor’s degree
 Good command in Japanese (Advanced Conversational level)
 Willing to be interested in service industry
 Able to live in Japan for a half year (Feb- July 2018)

Preferable:
 Have a working experience in Hotel or restaurant industries

Languages skills
English: Preferable
Japanese: Advanced Conversational level (N2 up)
