ลักษณะงาน

Work outline: Be responsible for Secretary Tasks, translating internal documents and Interpreting.

Duties & Responsibilities:
 Supporting Japanese president and other managers to communicate with Thai local officer
 Arrange meeting and prepare documentation
 Manage the schedule of president and coordinate business trip for them
 Support important business meeting with visitors by interpreting
 Assist Japanese for all business requirement on a daily basis
 Be responsible for guest welcoming and pick up arrangement.
 Translating internal documents from Japanese/English into Thai

Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai Nationality, Female , Age 25-35
 Bachelor’s degree
 Japanese skills (Business levels)
 English skills (Daily conversation level)
 At least 2 years work experiences as a Japanese Interpreter or Secretary in manufacturing industry
 Be able to translate comments from Japanese/English to Thai language
 Being good at speaking in public
 *Because this position sometimes needs to speak in front of 50-100 people to interpret president’s comment

Preferable:
 Can commute by herself (Car/motorbike)

Languages skills
English: Daily conversation level
Japanese: Business Conversation
