ลักษณะงาน

Work outline: Responsible for Japanese Interpreter and Secretary Tasks

Duties & Responsibilities:
 Secretarial jobs for President and CEO such as Scheduler management, Booking, Make appointments or any related jobs
 Interpreter in the meeting and office support
 Translate document from Thai to Japanese Language and Japanese to Thai Language
 Coordinate with other departments to complete work
 Work closely with President and CEO
 Visit customer with Japanese Manager
 Performing other relates tasks as assigned


About the Benefit
Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 THB negotiable

* JLPT N3 ขึ้นไป

Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai nationality, Female, 25-35 years
 Bachelor degree in any related field
 2-5 years’ experience in Secretary and Interpreter
 Must have N3 Japanese Language proficiency (JLPT) or higher
 Good command of writing and speaking both Japanese and English
 Good personality, service mind, action oriented and mature
 Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Preferable:
 Working experience in Japanese company


Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level (N3 up)
