ลักษณะงาน

Work outline: Responsible for overall documentation task to support Sales Team

Duties & Responsibilities:
 To receive and take orders from Customers.
 To prepare related documents for sales such as P/O, tax invoice and follow up delivery schedule with customers and factory.
 To handle internal and customer queries.
 To communicate with oversea office for requirement needed.
 To coordinate with customers and shipping agency.
 To handle Import-Export operation in automobile air-con product.
 To prepare FTA document if requested.


About the Benefit
Salary: 25,000THB –40,000 THB Including Allowance

Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai nationality, Male/female, 28-32 years
 Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
 Fluent in both language English and Japanese
 Experience in Import – Export field.
 A team player
 Negotiation and problem solving skills
 Service-minded and able to work under pressure.

Preferable:
 Experience in Sales in Automotive industries


Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level (N2 up)
