Work outline: Responsible for overall Sales activity, manage sales team and forecast business plan

Duties & Responsibilities:
 Ability to maintain good relationship with existing clients
 Negotiate existed customer about price / products / market share etc.
 Coordinate delivery ordered products with Customer / Factory.
 Develop new customer and also create Sales / Customer Strategy.
 Analyze actual sales, make forecast business plan
 Other tasks as assigned

Salary: 80,000- 100,000 THB

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ (ประสบการณ์การทำงาน/คุณสมบัติ)

Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 30-45 yrs.
 Bachelor's / Master Degree in Marketing Management , Business Administration, Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical)
 At least 3 years’ experience in Sales Compressor/Motor/ air conditioner, vehicle compliant/electronic devices to manufacturer Related Devices to Refrigerator Manufacturing.
 At least 2 years’ experience of Team management level (2-3 subordinates)
 Excellent command of both written and spoken English AND Japanese (N2)
 Negotiation skills, communication skills and presentation skills

Language skills:
English: Advanced conversation level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level (N2 is a must)
