Work outline: In charge of support sales and admin tasks


Duties & Responsibilities:
 Purchasing & Planning Coordinator
 Issue Purchase order base on forecast and inventory
 Issue Quotation , Invoice and some other sales documents
 In charge of basic admin task in the office
 In charge of import-export process
 Coordinate purchasing agreements with outstanding vendor relationships
 Communicate with concerned departments, vendors, and executive management to ensure procurement goals and met
 Issue Quotation , Invoice and some other sales documents



About the Benefit
Salary: 25,000 – 45,000 THB negotiable (Include)

* JLPT N3 ขึ้นไป

Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai Nationality, male/female, Age 22-30 years old
 Bachelor Degree
 Fresh Graduate is welcome
 Japanese at N3 Level or above
 Have a good command of English (needed in communicating with GM and headquarter)


Preferable:
 Have working experience as a Sales Coordinator more than 2 years
 Knowledge about trading (both imports and exports)
 Working experiences in Japanese Manufacturing company or related industries


Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level (N3 or above)
