Work outline: Medical assistance (Translate between doctors and patients)


Duties & Responsibilities:
 Explain about medical services to customers
 Handling patient call and arrange the appointment if patient need to go hospital
 As necessary, accompany to hospital with patient
 Provide translation service between patient and doctor at hospital
 Making reports of patient cases
 Update the information of medical
 Responsible for assigned role.
 Other tasks as assigned


About the Benefit
Salary: 30,000 - 60,000 THB (Excluding allowance)

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ (ประสบการณ์การทำงาน/คุณสมบัติ)

* JLPT N1 เท่านั้น

Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai nationality , Male/female, 22-40 y.o
 Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other related fields
 Fresh graduates are welcome
 At least 1 year of working experience in business operator or interpreter
 Interested in medical support business
 Good command in MS Office Skills (Word, Excel)
 Good command in Japanese and English
 Able to visit hospital & work at night time (for emergency cases)
 Travel by own car or public transportations



Preferable:
 Experience in hospital as translator
 Working experience as a nurse
 Experienced living in Japan


Languages skills
English: Advance Conversational Level
Japanese: Business (JPLT N1 only)
