Opportunity to learn principle of Secretary in Japanese company
Opportunity to learn how the restaurant business expand in Thailand
Opportunity to be a professional in Secretary in the future
Work outline: To support their Japanese restaurant consulting business and also our ingredient import business. The candidate shall contact to Japanese customer or other person in Japan to help our Managing Director and his team to run the business.


Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate between Japanese director and client
Interpretation in the office and also meeting, and documents
Translation of E-mail, necessary documents
Be interpreter for Japanese clients in office
Translate some company’s document from Japanese to Thai
Clients visiting (Only in Bangkok ex Central World)
Providing administrative support to Japanese staff (e.g. pick up a phone)
Other tasks as assigned


About the Benefit
Salary: 25,000-32,000THB
☒ Social Security Insurance
☒Transportation Allowance
☒Bonus depends on corporate profit and individual achievement

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Female, age 23-32 years
Bachelor’s Degree
Good manner, appearance and personality
Understand Japanese culture
Be able to use Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Fresh university graduated is considerable


Preferable:
Visa and Work permit experience is preferred
At least 1 year experience in Interpreter


Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: Advance Conversational level (N3-N2)
