Work outline: Responsible for HR & GA tasks


Duties & Responsibilities:
Handle Visa & Work permit application and extension, inform 90 days report for Japanese people and family.
Manage and handle government organization related duties; Registration for Change of company address, company director
Registration for company branch addition
Require Taxpayer Identification Numbers for Foreign
Social Security related duties
Handle Employee welfare; Annual Health Check, Group Insurance, Travel Insurance, etc.
Import shipment coordination, documents preparation.
Collect time attendance data, OT calculation.
General office duties such as mobile phone usage control, office supplies purchase, company Assets purchase, Hotel reservation, etc.
Control company cars usage, rent cars usage, and all related duties.
Arrange and apply seminar or training for employee.
Employee recruitment.
Other duties as assigned such as taking meeting minute, translation tasks.


About the Benefit
Salary: 25,000 – 35,000 THB negotiable

Qualifications:

Thai nationality, Female , 25-35 years
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 2 years of working experience in HR and GA field


Preferable:
Experience in working in Japanese company


Languages skills
English: Conversation Level
Japanese: Advanced conversational level (JLPT N3 or above)
