About this Job
Job Highlight
 An opportunity to work with a big, stable and global organization
 An opportunity to utilize Japanese skill to support business expansion
 Be able to collaborate with Japanese staff in Head Office in Japan in terms of supporting sales
Work outline: Be responsible for overall delivery task related to sales by collaborating with staff in other department

Duties & Responsibilities:
 As a "window person" for company to communicate with Production Control at HQ in Japan.
 To coordinate with Sales Division for delivery product and confirmation schedule.
 Perform Delivery control, shipment arrangement.
 Reminded the critical item delivery with Japanese Manager and Sales Division.
 Reminded the excess stock report to all of Sales team for clearing and next action for selling.
 Coordinating with Sales team and colleagues in other Departments concerned in order to ensure that all customers’ requirement.
 Other tasks as assigned


About the Benefit
Salary: 24,000-26,000 THB excluding allowance

Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 24-28 years
 Bachelor's degree in any field
 Experience in Purchasing / Billing / Stock / Sales support are required
 Computer literate in MS Office, especially MS Excel
 Good command of English and Japanese (N2)
 Service-minded attitude with swiftly action

Preferable:
 Experience in electronic parts


Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level (N2)
