About this Job
Job Highlight
Ø Be a part of Japanese traditional transportation/tour companies
Ø An opportunity to brush up your coordinating skills while working together with good co-workers
Work Outline: Responsible for all aspects of sales supporting activities

Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Create documents and sales materials in Thai and Japanese
Ø Control and monitor the management of all documents and reports i.e. client’s data, sales order, sales note, invoices
Ø Respond to clients contacts by telephone and emails both in Japanese and Thai
Ø Coordinate drivers arrangements
Ø Interpret between Thai and Japanese in clients meetings
Ø Other tasks as assigned

About the Benefit
Salary: 30,000–50,000THB Negotiable depends on experiences

Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/female, age 24-39 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø Advanced Conversational Japanese skills (N3 or up)
Ø At least 1 year of sales support/coordinate or administrative experiences
Ø Basic Microsoft Office skills

Preferable:
Ø Interest in local tourism market in Thailand

Languages skills
English: None
Japanese: Advanced Conversational
