Work outline: In charge of secretary, HR & GA tasks

Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Support Japanese MD’s tasks
Ø Setup Manager's travel arrangements.
Ø Interpret in internal meeting
Ø Prepare and maintain Manager's expense report.
Ø Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
Ø Responsible for HR tasks (recruiting, set training, evaluate, etc.)
Ø Responsible for admin tasks (Visa-work permit etc.)
Ø ISO
Ø Other duties as assigned.


About the Benefit
Salary: 48,000 – 62,500 THB including all Allowance

Ø Working experience in Japanese company
Ø Payroll
Ø IT skill
Ø JLPT N1


Languages skills
English: Advance Conversational Level
Japanese: Business level (N2 or above)
