Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Support to Sales Dept., follow up order and take care of clients.
Ø To prepare related documents for sales such as P/O, tax invoice and follow up delivery schedule with customers and factory.
Ø To handle internal and customer queries.
Ø Other tasks assigned by Japanese Manager

* JLPT N2 ขึ้นไป

Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female , age 25-35 years
Ø Bachelor in Business Administrative or any related field
Ø 2- 3 years’ experience in Coordinator/ Sales support from following:
· Trading company – plastic
· Automotive industry
· Electrical industry
Ø Good command of Japanese (JLPT N2 up)
Ø Good communication and interpersonal skill

Preferable Skill / Experience
Ø Having plastic knowledge will be an advantage


Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: Business level (N2 and above)
