Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Provide full functions of assistant to Japanese president
Ø Provide administrative and secretarial support to Top Management,
Ø Greeting visitors and answering incoming calls
Ø Establish and maintain confidential files concerned with personnel and
Ø or policy matters and are responsible for releasing information to authorized parties
Ø Receiving and distributing mails and correspondence
Ø Screening incoming correspondence and report
Ø Scheduling appointment and travel arrangement
Ø Coordinating and facilitating with all departments
Ø Performing related tasks as assigned


About the Benefit
Salary: 45,000 –70,000 THB negotiable

Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female , age 25-35 years
Ø Bachelor degree majoring in Japanese or any related field
Ø 2 years working experience
Ø Good command in English and Japanese to speak in company and concerned parties

Preferable:
Ø Experience working in Japanese company
Ø Understand Japanese culture

Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation level
Japanese: Advanced conversational level (N3 or above)
