To complete administrative tasks below.

(Detail)
Assists in maintaining professional front desk and reception area.
Assists in administrative tasks including filing, data entry, making receipt.
Providing excellent service to guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting guests upon arrival.
Other tasks as assigned by Clinic Management.

* เพศหญิง

* JLPT N3 ขึ้นไป

Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Female ,Age 22 -29
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Fresh graduate is welcome.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel).
Good command of Japanese ( Able to communicate with Japanese customer) *above N3
Able to work flexible days and hours.

[Prefer]
Experience in Japanese company.
Good command of English

Languages skills:
Japanese: Conversational Level
