Duties & Responsibilities:

 To support Deputy Managing Director (JP)
(Details)
 To handle translate in meeting
 To handle translate some document from Thai, English to Japanese / Japanese to Thai and English
 To handle with Visa & Work permit for Japanese in the company
 To make a reservation of hotel, air ticket, restaurant and golf course for Japanese in the company and to book air ticket for company’s customer as well
 To co-ordinate jobs between Japanese Managers and Thai staffs
 To greet Japanese customer coming from Japan
 Others as assigned by superior

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ (ประสบการณ์การทำงาน/คุณสมบัติ)

Desired skills & experiences:
[Minimum Requirements]
 Thai nationality, Female only, Age 25-35
 Bachelor’s degree in Japanese or related fields
 Strong computer skill in MS Office
 Good in English and Japanese ( Japanese proficiency test level N3 and above)
 1 – 2 years of experience in secretary
[Preferred Qualifications]
 Experience in secretary and have good interpersonal skill




Language Skill:
 English: Advanced conversational level
 Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level (N3 and above)
